We're a team of gaming professionals, technology engineers, and Filipino market specialists who came together with one clear goal: build an online casino and sportsbook that actually makes sense for players in the Philippines. Not a platform adapted from somewhere else — one built here, for you.
19jili — serving Filipino players across the archipelago, every day.
Our Story
19jili started from a simple observation: Filipino players deserved better. The platforms available at the time were clunky, slow on mobile, loaded with confusing interfaces, and supported payment methods that most Filipinos didn't even use. Withdrawals took days. Customer support was difficult to reach. The games that Filipinos actually loved — Pusoy, baccarat, local sports betting — were either missing or buried.
A group of people who'd spent years working in both technology and the gaming industry decided to do something about it. 19jili was built from the ground up with Filipino players as the primary audience — not an afterthought. The payment system was designed around GCash and Maya from day one. The games catalogue was built around what Filipinos actually play: Pusoy Dos, baccarat, PBA betting, Bingo, and live dealer tables with familiar formats.
Today, 19jili serves hundreds of thousands of registered players across the Philippines — from Metro Manila to Mindanao, from Cebu to the Cordilleras. We've grown through word of mouth more than anything else, because when a platform genuinely works well for you, you tell your tropa. That kind of growth is something we're proud of and work hard to deserve every day.
"We didn't set out to build the biggest platform. We set out to build the most useful one for Filipinos — and that focus has made all the difference."
— 19jili Platform Team
From the historic streets of Vigan to Metro Manila — 19jili connects Filipino players everywhere.
What We Stand For
These aren't just taglines — they're the decisions we make every time we build something new or fix something that isn't working.
Every product decision at 19jili starts with one question: does this work well for a player in the Philippines? Payment methods, game selection, language, support hours — it all comes back to the local context first.
19jili operates under proper gaming regulations. Player funds are held separately, security is taken seriously, and fair play is maintained through independent audits of our RNG systems.
Most Filipinos game on their phones, often on mobile data. 19jili is built to load fast, play smoothly, and look clean on any Android or iOS device — no app download required.
Winnings should reach you quickly. Verified accounts at 19jili receive same-day withdrawals to GCash, Maya, BDO, BPI, and other supported channels — no multi-day waits.
Our support team is available around the clock. They understand the platform, understand the games, and give real answers — not generic auto-replies. You'll always reach a real person when you need one.
19jili takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide deposit limits, self-exclusion tools, and resources for players who need support — because we want gaming to stay fun, not become a problem.
From basketball betting to live casino — 19jili covers the full range of Filipino gaming preferences.

Our Journey
19jili hasn't always been the platform it is now. We've gone through a lot of changes, upgrades, and learning moments — all of them in response to feedback from real Filipino players. Here's a brief look at how we got here.
Every step in this timeline came with its own set of challenges. Scaling to handle peak PBA finals traffic, integrating new payment providers, improving withdrawal speeds, and launching new game categories — none of it happened overnight. But the commitment to improving the experience for Filipino players has stayed constant throughout.
We're still growing. The roadmap ahead includes improved live streaming quality for sports, new game providers, expanded esports coverage, and more localised promotions timed around Philippine sporting events and festivals. If you've been with 19jili from the early days, thank you — you helped shape what this platform has become.
The platform launches with a focused catalogue: sports betting on PBA and NBA, a live baccarat section, and GCash/Maya as the primary payment channels. Early player feedback shapes the first major updates within weeks.
Pusoy and Pusoy Dos are introduced following repeated requests from the community. Within the first month after launch, card games become one of the most-played sections on 19jili — exactly as expected.
The sportsbook expands to cover EPL, La Liga, and local Philippine football. Boxing markets go live ahead of a major Pacquiao card. Mobile Legends and Dota 2 esports markets are added — a first for the platform.
A full rebuild of the mobile experience cuts page load times significantly. Live casino streams become more stable on 4G connections. The bet slip redesign is released following user testing across multiple regions in the Philippines.
19jili introduces deposit limits, self-exclusion options, and a dedicated Responsible Gaming section. These tools are built directly into the account settings so players can manage their own limits without having to contact support.
19jili now serves over half a million registered players across the Philippines. New game providers, improved VIP tiers, and expanded live sports streaming are all in active development.

Our Commitment
At 19jili, responsible gaming isn't just a checkbox. It's part of how we think about the platform from day one. We know that for the vast majority of our players, gaming is a form of entertainment — something to enjoy after work, during a weekend with friends, or as an added layer of excitement during a big game. We want to keep it that way.
That's why we built player protection tools directly into the 19jili account interface. You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings without needing to contact support. Self-exclusion is available for players who need a break — temporary cooling-off periods or longer exclusions, applied immediately.
Our support team is trained to handle responsible gaming conversations with care and without judgment. If you or someone you know is experiencing difficulties related to gambling, we encourage reaching out — whether to our support team or to professional resources available in the Philippines.
